Christmas!

We had a lovely vacation in Utah celebrating Christmas with family.

We did a lot of fun things and had a lot of good times.  We went to temple square to see the lights...and it was extremely cold.

Christmas Eve was a lot of fun.  My mom made a treasure hunt for the kids with pictures of different places around the house.  At the end was a treasure box with a game, candy, pajamas, and other fun things:

Then Julie read the Night Before Christmas to the kids:

My mom printed out a little nativity for the kids to put together while Mike told them the Christmas story.  He did a good job telling it in a way they would understand it, and they enjoyed it.  Here is Jordan repeating the three wise men:

Christmas morning was fun, of course.  I made the mistake of putting Hot Wheels in their stockings, so it took Evan a while to want to do anything else:

Then we went to Mike's parents house and had a great time with them.  Here are the cousins together:

The many faces of my Evan

Evan is such a silly kid.  He makes the funniest faces and has so many great expressions.  We just look at each other and laugh sometimes, and I love it.  Here are some classic Evan faces.
