A pig and other updates

The other night Mike's classmates had a little Christmas party/get together. We were doing a white elephant gift exchange, so we thought nothing of it when people came in with presents. Well, when we were starting that part, they told us that they decided to throw a baby shower for us too! Not only were they nice enough to do that, but they got little presents for Jordan too. I can't believe how sweet that was of them! This pig is one of the toys that Jordan got - you shake it and it rolls across the floor. He loves it and gets so excited when it moves. Its really cute.
In other news, Mike is doing finals this week, so he has been able to be home a lot more. Jordan is definitely a daddy's boy when Mike is around. He follows him and does everything he does. When Mike sits at the table to study, Jordan sits in the chair next to him and watches. When Mike is standing next to a wall bouncing a ball (he does that a lot when he's studying, chatting, etc) Jordan grabs a ball and stands next to him. He loves being like his dad, and it is really cute.
Jordan is growing up so much. He is saying a ton of words and understands a lot. It is really nice that he can tell us what he wants now. He is as friendly as ever and makes friends every time we go out. He loves saying hi and bye to people. Last night, he did something so cute. For the first time when we were having family prayer he knelt on his knees and crossed his arms (only for a few seconds, but it was so cute!) He also just learned how to jump and he is really proud of himself every time he does it. We have been trying to teach him numbers a little bit, and counting. He understands the word counting, but he can only say two. So he just goes "two two two two"! Jordan loves animals too and he can do a lot of animals sounds. He does a cow, rooster, pig, duck, monkey, and some others. Its a crowd pleaser at get togethers! He is also getting really good at feeding himself with utensils. Anyway, I could go on and on about him! I am just amazed at how much he has grown lately and all he can do. He is a great little boy.
Also, one month from today and we will have a baby! I can't wait (partly because I'm excited to have him and partly because I'm done being pregnant!)
